The first response to my first support ticket was in very poor English.
When my site was suspended 'due to high load', I was never offered any proof that it is really my site causing problems. No script names, no URLs, no stats.
When I noticed I need SSH access, I was told that SSH is not allowed. When I pointed out the SSH was offered at the page they advertise their reseller plans, they simply patched the page and told me it was out-of-date. So I was misled into thinking I have feature explicitly promised.
When I told I will cancel the account and post my review to hosting review sites/forums they said I am threating them and simple deleted my account. Of course, no refunds were made.

They do not wish to solve problems. They prefer to suspend site. If you argue and/or request proof of the problem they suspended you for, or criticize them - be ready to be banned without refund.
