Here is what Tom Pearce had to say about GreenGeeks and the overall experience with their web hosting service.GreenGeeks are an all round good server company although they server uptime isn't the best around. The Price is unbelievably cheap and the server conditions are also relatively good.
Account Setup Feedback
My account was set up within an hour, this is not the best time i have experienced but it was worth the wait. Once i had been given my login details all the features that were meant to be there were so i did not have to ask why my account was lacking something.
Host Reliability
Uptime is normally good although there the occasional time where all websites are inaccessible for a period of time. The customer support says this is down to the connection on the consumers end and not their servers even though all consumers cant access their sites.
Pricing Info
The pricing is the best attraction towards GreenGeeks. It offers an awful lot of capability for very little cost.

Overall i was happy with GreenGeeks but there were aspects of the company that could be improved to get its customer base bigger and start to compete with bigger names.

Whilst the customer support is relatively quick the support system is very basic and sometimes the responses are basic and give little help.
