Here is what Kevin Brooke had to say about HostGator and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I did a lot of research on reseller hosting and the companies to buy from and I found you have to be really careful who you use. Sometimes the support is horrible, or the support staff barely speaks English.
I finally decided on HostGator because their reseller programs have all the features that I needed and I've heard great things about their support. They even have free end-user support 24x7x365 which was a huge selling point for me. Getting set-up with them was quick and painless and they've helped me every step of the way with all my dumb questions.

As I stated above, the account set-up was quick and painless, and any questions I had were answered immediately.
Host Reliability
So far I've found their servers, WHM and WHMCS programs, and support staff to be 100% reliable.
