It’s funny that you ask that. To be honest with you I was very skeptical about signing up for 1and1. During that time I recalled that my friend had problems with his hosting. It turned out that he did not pay the bills.

Your technical support people are very friendly and knowledgeable about web hosting. It makes me comfortable in calling 1and1 for help in the first place.

The blog hasn’t been down lately, and during the times that maintenance was supposedly being performed, there weren’t many visitors to the site anyway. I don’t know if that was good management or just perfect timing. Either way, I’m happy.
