Here is what Roberto Constable had to say about 1and1 and the overall experience with their web hosting service.We just needed to make a site for our family. This is the first site we thought we could trust. Of course it was a decision from a referral that was telling us of the great service 1 and 1 offers.
Account Setup Feedback
It was our family friend who went ahead and called to ask for assistance in setup. He finished everything right away without breaking a sweat. I could have done it myself ,had I known it was that easy.
Host Reliability
We’ve had no problems ever since we started the site. A family friend of ours who maintains the site has not encountered any problems yet. So that's what I call reliable hosting.
Pricing Info
We’re glad you gave us this sort of hosting that we can afford. The prices that you advertise open doors for many families like us. The right mix comes up with pricing and great service. Great!
